Writing to-do lists are one of my guilty pleasures; all that anticipation of achievement yet to come and the joy of finally ticking off an especially irksome or tedious task. So I was delighted by Vanessa Richmond’s column in September’s Ideal Home magazine, in which she lists a whole lot of sites, apps, and aides for the obsessive compulsive list-makers amongst us.
September’s edition of the magazine is dedicated to clearing the clutter and refreshing the home. For some beautiful ideas and inspiration on how to live both simply and stylishly, check out my piece on the Buckinghamshire home of Sally Abram, who has turned it into an art form. Sally’s enthusiasm and vision for her home and her work — as creative director of Marlow lifestyle emporium, Living In Store, is truly infectious.
